We are sorry to hear that you are leaving. Thank you for being part of our school, and we wish you the best of luck in the future. We hope you will continue to make music!

To cancel your membership you must fill out the following form. 

Cancellation will take effect exactly 30 days after the form has been submitted:

 

• Example A: if we receive your notice on September 1, cancellation will take effect from October 1, and October's tuition fees will not be due.

• Example B: if we receive your notice on September 30, cancellation will take effect from October 30, and October's tuition fees will be due in full.

• Example C: if we receive your notice on September 15, cancellation will take effect from October 15, and October's tuition fees will be prorated accordingly.
